The Bob Gill Foundation respects your privacy. We do not collect personal information from you unless you offer it.

Our intention is to provide an informative tool for those interested in spinal cord injury recovery, information about Foundation activities, and to allow our supporters to become more involved in our mission. We recognize that visitors to our site may be concerned about the information they provide to us and how we treat that information.

Online Donations
The Bob Gill Foundation takes very seriously the protection of sensitive materials regarding online donations. The Foundation works with vendors to secure transactions according to industry standards using generally agreed upon methods of encryption and encoding. Personal information is stored in a database with reasonable protections in place against privacy breaches using multiple “firewalls.” Any vendors affiliated with the Foundation are held to industry-standard practices including, without limitation, confidentiality.

When you send a donation  we will use the name and address of that individual for acknowledgement purposes only.

Personal Infomation
The Foundation collects personal information when you register with us to make a donation. We may ask for information such as your name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address. We reserve the right to email you for fundraising efforts unless you expressly request not to be emailed. Our emails are never sent unsolicited. Unsubscribe information can be found at the bottom of every email sent.

All donations are final and their will be no refunds. All donations are tax deductable in accordance with all goverment laws  as it pertains to the  501 (c) (3).
